Shabbat Shalom, Lev Mishpacha!

What a wonderful first week of school! Our week was filled with so many smiles, excitement, laughter, new beginnings, and happy moments. We loved seeing our children come back to school ready to learn, grow, make new memories, and have fun!

We’re so excited for all that this year has in store and already know it’s going to be an amazing year filled with growth, friendship, learning, and lots of joy!

Our Lower School kicked off the year with our first Shabbat Oneg, made extra special by a wonderful visit from Rabbi Dr. Jacob Newman!

Rabbi Dr. Newman introduced our students to the mitzvah of blowing shofar and shared fascinating examples of shofars made from the horns of different animals, highlighting the many ways this special tradition is celebrated in Jewish communities around the world. 🌎🐏

Our students learned, explored, and even got to see these unique shofars up close!

And somehow… Rosh Hashanah is just around the corner! 🍎🍯✨

We can’t think of a better way to begin preparing for the New Year than with learning, community, and a little shofar magic.

Nursery 3 had their very first art session with Mrs. Gidanian, and they had an absolute blast!

Little hands, big imaginations, and SO many beautiful colors came together as our youngest artists explored, created, and had fun expressing themselves.

What a wonderful way to start their art adventures at Lev Jewish Academy!

Today was the first full day of Nursery 2 at Lev Jewish Academy, and our youngest students brought the BIGGEST smiles! 🥰💛

From happy giggles to curious little faces, their joy was absolutely infectious! It was such a wonderful day watching our little learners settle in, explore, play, and make their very first school day memories. 🧸🎨✨

We are already so excited for all the special moments ahead! And tomorrow, we get to celebrate our very first Shabbat celebrations of the year!

First morning at Lev Jewish Academy!

What a morning! New name, new chapter, same heart, and we are already pumping at full speed!

We were so happy to welcome back familiar faces and meet so many new ones. So many smiles, hugs, happy hellos and first day excitement filled the halls.

A new name, but the same lev we know and love. Because at the heart of everything we do is our community, our children and our Jewish values.

Our first morning is in the books, and we are just getting started. Here’s to a beautiful year, with lots of learning, lots of laughter and a whole lot of Lev.

We cannot believe that Summer 2026 is coming to an end today!

A huge thank you to all of our incredible summer staff and administrators who worked so hard to create such a phenomenal program and make this summer so special. We are also so grateful to all of our wonderful parents for entrusting us with your fantastic children and allowing us to be a part of their summer.

Wishing everyone a beautiful Shabbat Shalom and a wonderful, successful school year ahead! 📚✨
