A special call from last night...

30 French Olami students were stranded when their flight home was canceled due to the storm. With nowhere to go, families in the 5 Towns opened their doors — and 12 Chaverim volunteers braved the weather to drive each student safely to their host family.

This morning NYPD reached out to 5 Towns Chaverim that one of their police cars was stuck in the snow. F23 quickly responded and assisting pulling out the RMP. They are very grateful for our response and support.

Check your smoke detectors, unplug devices when not in use, and never leave cooking unattended. Also, don’t forget to keep your dryer and HVAC vents clean—clogged vents are a major fire hazard!
