Most of us meet the Enneagram as a map of our patterns: how we protect ourselves, what we chase, what we avoid. Bu there's a deeper gift. Each type also holds a door, a particular way home to the True Self and to God.

In Nine Doors Home, we'll walk through all nine of those doors together and explore the sacred path each type is invited to walk. It isn't about fixing yourself. It's about learning to recognize grace in the very place you've been most defended.

New Episode and New Season!

It's been a longtime in the making, but Season 10 of my podcast has launched!

"Order, Disorder, Reorder My Story, Part 1: A Teenager Trying to be a 40-year-old Christian"

A listener once shared a Nine Lives episode with his aging mother. When it ended, she said to him: "I didn't know I could change my mind."

I've carried that sentence with me into Season 10. This season is about faith shifts: the seasons when what once felt clear and solid turns blurry, and we find ourselves in what Richard Rohr calls Order, Disorder and Reorder.

I'm starting with my own story. My friend Chris Bay turned the tables and interviewed me. In Part 1 we talk about growing up in a Methodist family in small-town Kansas, how childhood illness impacted my views of God, and being 14 and hearing people talk about Jesus like he was real.
