Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s check presentation. Because of your support, we were proud to present $40,000 each to our 2026 beneficiaries, and !

We also had the chance to celebrate the incredible participants who helped make this year’s parade one to remember, recognizing our 2026 parade award winners.

Moments like this are what it’s all about. Seeing the impact of this season come full circle makes every event, every volunteer hour, and every bit of support worth it.

☘️ The parade may have been earlier this week, but the celebration isn’t over yet!

Keep the momentum going with our Spring Irish Road Bowling (IRB) game. Grab your team and take part in one of the most unique and entertaining traditions of the season. Teams of four compete to roll a “bowl” (a metal cannonball) along a course in as few throws as possible. It’s competitive, it’s hilarious, and it all supports a great cause.

⏰ Time: Starts at 12 noon – last toss at 3 p.m.
📍 Location: Clinton State Park, Clover Prairie Campground (formerly Campground #1) | Lawrence, KS

☘️ As we head into the final stretch of this year’s St. Patrick’s Day season and get ready for the Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade tomorrow, we’re taking a moment to reflect on just how special this community is.

The parade and all of the events leading up to it would not be possible without the incredible support around us. From the volunteers who give their time to help plan, organize, and run our events, to the local businesses and organizations who step up as sponsors, it truly takes a community.

Our sponsors play a huge role in making this celebration possible and in helping us continue to support our beneficiaries, Lawrence Youth Football and the Lawrence Farmers Market. Their generosity helps turn a one day parade into a full season of events that bring people together and give back right here in Lawrence.
