Our Annual Poinsettia Fundraiser is underway
NOW until October 31st!

These are quality poinsettias well worth the price of $20 with the choice of four color combinations.

Pendleton's Country Market has offered this service to LCC free of charge for years, and we retain $11-$12 off each poinsettia sale.

We do not deliver these. The poinsettias must be picked up by the purchaser at Pendleton's on Saturday, December 5th. Pendleton's is located just off K-10 between Lawrence and Eudora; 1446 E 1850 Rd, Lawrence, KS 66046.

All orders must be received by October 31st. Here is the link to order online https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/2026-poinsettia-sale-fundraiser

Yesterday, the Topeka First United Methodist Church hosted a celebration to honor our esteemed director, Steve Eubank, for his 30 years of dedicated service. Over the years, Mr. Eubank has influenced and inspired many singers and we were pleased to be part of this celebration honoring his many years of service. To mark this occasion, a grand choral work was commissioned by internationally renowned local composer Mark Hayes. A tremendous thank you to everyone who helped put this recognition together!

Meet our board treasurer, Leslie Gerstenkorn! Leslie joined the choir in the Spring of 2020, and the board in 2024. She is originally from Topeka, KS and works as a paralegal at a law firm. When she's not singing in the choir she enjoys strength training, knitting clothes, and feeding wild birds. "Singing in LCC is a dopamine boost! My understanding of music and confidence in singing has grown leaps and bounds from the exposure to quality instruction and performance opportunities that LCC offers."

It's not too late to join Leslie in singing with the Lawrence Civic Choir! You can register online through September 14th and our last opportunity to register in person is before rehearsal on September 14th. All the details including tuition, rehearsal schedule, performance, and attire are included in our registration website https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/lawrence-civic-choir-fall-2026-registration
