The Federalist Society is proud to host Daniel Lyons.

The title of his discussion is, “The Myth of Net Neutrality and the Future of Internet Regulation.” Check it out Thursday, April 12 @ 12:30pm in Room 104!

Lyons is an Associate Professor of Boston College Law School, where he researches and writes in the areas of telecommunications, internet policy, and administrative law. A magna cm laude graduate of Harvard and Harvard Law School, he clerked for Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals before joining the BC faculty in 2009. Professor Lyons is also a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and has written over 100 blog posts on tech policy issues.
