Our mission is to help alleviate hunger and malnutrition by providing free food to low-income families, the homeless, the indigent, and especially children and the elderly. Food for the World, Inc is a non-profit organization founded in 1995 and continues today as a personal mission, by a one-woman dream, of leaving people better situated than economically found.

Our 2025 Turkey Day Event was a success! We joyfully distributed turkeys and food bags to our community.

Huge thanks to our amazing volunteers and staff. Our Executive Director & Founder Julia Polanco shared heartfelt words, reminding everyone they are loved and supported.

Special appreciation to Maria Mejia, Pantry Coordinator, and Bianca S, Director of Development, for making this event possible.
