We were grateful and enjoyed the experience of having State Senators Pavel Payano and Robyn Kennedy join us for a site visit at Windsor House in Lawrence this week. There was so much to discuss like expanding access to supportive housing across the Commonwealth. It was important that we all got to share our commitment to the communities we get to serve.

Exciting news for CLT residents! The Massachusetts Broadband Institute at MassTech awarded CLT nearly $80,000 to expand digital access and skills at our properties.

The funding will support digital literacy training for residents – including preparing residents to serve as Digital Literacy Trainers for their neighbors. Through a related investment, internet infrastructure will also be upgraded at three CLT buildings.

Thank you to MBI and the Healey-Driscoll Administration for investing in the tools and training that help residents stay connected, access essential services and pursue new opportunities!

We’re thrilled to welcome two new members to our board, Ithzel Polanco-Cabadas, and Darrell C. Byers. We also strengthened our leadership with the addition of Tara DeSisto, our new Director of Development and Communications.

With these amazing three new voices at CLT, we are poised to close out the latter half of 2026 in stride! Join us in giving them a warm welcome to the CLT family.
