As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the successes that made last year so special, including our incredible 2025–2026 Behavioral Health Mentors!

Congratulations to our 30 interns who dedicated their time, talents, and energy to supporting 79 students and families in our community. From mentorship and advocacy to academic support and skill building, their impact was felt every day.

We are so grateful for all they accomplished and proud of the difference they made. Here’s to another year of building supportive communities where every young person can thrive! 💜

Congratulations to Taylor Hughes and Sophia Eddinger, recipients of our 2026 Jan B. Sheldon Award for Excellence in Advocacy, Mentorship, and Meaningful Change!

Taylor and Sophia go above and beyond for young people facing homelessness, poverty, trauma, and disconnection from school. Through compassionate mentorship and fierce advocacy, they help youth feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Their work carries forward Dr. Jan Sheldon’s legacy of believing in every young person, meeting them with compassion, and never giving up on their potential.

Wrapped up the 2025–2026 school year the best way we know how: celebrating our incredible SupportEd Behavioral Health Mentors.

This celebration was a small way to say thank you to a group of people who give so much of themselves to support children, families, and our community.
