Aerial Arts Club at KU

Pole dancing is a unique and fun workout that helps build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. We meet most Friday nights 7:30pm.

Our club is open to everyone no matter your age, race, gender, size or experience! We'd love for you to join us.

Thank you to for setting up the station to try out or practice aerial arts! We also hope you made it out to see our vice president preform on the main stage! It’s only summer but we’re already itching to teach more aerial arts next semester. We’re hoping you have a lovely summer break, and an even greater pride month!!!

The end of a semester! I can’t wait to see who’s still there next fall. This was the last choreography we put together with little elements we’d been learning all spring! 🌸 I’m so proud of everyone who showed up to try pole dancing with us this semester. It was a lot of fun, and I can’t wait to do it all over again!

💘Doubles lesson!💕 For valentines we’ll be teaching pole moves in pairs! Feel free to bring a friend or a loved one, all experience levels are welcome! Lesson to be followed by open gym.
