GlowChella is now THE GROW & GLOW FESTIVAL 🌸

The Grow and Glow festival is a festival themed community event for girls (ages 12-18) that teaches self-love and encourages self-awareness, resilience and wholeness. Parents/Guardians are welcomed, and encouraged to attend. See flyer for event details! 🌸

We decided to rename the event “The Grow and Glow Festival” because our hope is to help each attendee grow in confidence, and glow from the inside out. 🌸

On May 4th, attendees can expect to participate in:

🌸 GUIDED MEDITATION & BREATH WORK

🌸 SELF-COMPASSION EXERCISES

🌸 ART-THERAPY EXERCISES

🌸 MENTAL-HEALTH MANAGEMENT MASTER CLASS
