Come out and join us for an Easter egg hunt at Bear Creek Park. It is Saturday 4/4 at 11am. Just E Nuff II will be there cooking hot dogs for free.

The election for new board members is next month. Candidates are needed for Bear Creek South, Main and West. You must turn in your intent to run by September 30. Forms are attached (I hope) if you need a form emailed to you please let me know and I'll send it. If no one runs the current board can appoint anyone they want to from any neighborhood.

Lavon Grand Heritage Homeowners Association was founded in 2006 to serve as the HOA for the Grand Heritage Communities in Lavon, Texas, and is dedicated to consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our Communities.

As of January 2021, we have around 1,100 homes in 4 different sections of Grand Heritage. We plan to add a 5th section and approximately 600 additional homes over the next few years, and we are so thankful for our existing community as well as excited for the upcoming growth our community will experience!
