“Never be ashamed to carry your Rosary or to pray it wherever you are — for through it, you hold the key to countless graces and the sure protection of the Immaculata, who crushes the head of the serpent." St. Maximilian Kolbe

Happy feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary!

Did you know that knights typically wear their sword on their left side? It's why we wear a rosary on our left side, because our rosary is how we go to battle! Let us give Mary the joy of mothering us by praying the rosary and entrusting our intentions to her. We invite you to pray the rosary today, knowing that Mary loves to spend that time with you.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!

Happy feast of St. Francis of Assisi! We are so overjoyed to celebrate the feast of our Holy Father Francis!

Francis came from a wealthy family, and in the eyes of the world, he had it all. It was in giving up everything that Francis experienced profound joy. He allowed himself to be emptied, so that he could be filled with Jesus. Let us learn from Francis today and let go of one thing that we have been clutching onto.

800 years ago today, our Seraphic Father Francis passed from this life into eternal life.

Today we honor the man whose life we strive to imitate every day.

Please join us today in celebrating the Transitus of St. Francis tonight at 6:30pm at St. John the Baptist Mission (5427 W Pecos Rd, Laveen, AZ 85339).

We had the privilege of making a pilgrimage to venerate the bones of our Holy Founder this last year. The bones were on display for public veneration for the first time ever.

St. Francis of Assisi, pray for us!

The habits we wear garner a lot of curious looks when we're out in the wild! Br. Damien talks about it in this month's Off the Cuff. Become a Friar Circle member to watch the whole Off the Cuff episode!

Sometimes, God calls us on a path we never intended to take. It can be confusing when His plan differs from our own, but faith reminds us that we don't need to understand every step to trust where He is leading us.

Fr. Peter Teresa knows all about the difficulties and joys of discernment. Fr. Peter Teresa also knows that God's plan is far greater than the plan we have for ourselves. Watch the video to see how God led Fr. Peter Teresa to serve the Native communities surrounding Phoenix.
