Scotland Community Health Clinic provides primary care at no cost to adults in Scotland County who are uninsured and unable to afford medical care. Our patients could include those who may have recently lost their insurance due to COVID-19. This Free Clinic exists for the purpose of helping those who cannot afford medical care and offers them chronic care management and hope for a better quality of life. Donations from the community help SCHC serve the uninsured with primary care and medicine at no cost to them.
But we need your help. If you can donate, no matter how little, you are helping your neighbors with much needed medical care.
SCHC, since 2007, has provided excellent care for its patients and was recognized as a Top Performer for its achievement with patient outcomes in diabetes and hypertension among NCAFCC free clinics in 2015, 2016, and 2018. Your donation will help SCHC care for its pa-tients with chronic conditions.
