FoodShare Laurens

Thankful to be apart of empowering more families to have access to fresh fruit and vegetables.

Our Lakelands tour is underway—first stop: Laurens County! 🚚💙. We had an amazing site visit with the SC Empowerment Centre. The Food Bank of the Lakelands, in partnership with the Centre, FoodShare South Carolina, and the United Way of the Lakelands will be launching a pilot FoodShare program in the community. Bringing FoodShare to the community will help ensure that more households have reliable access to healthy, culturally appropriate food options!

Thank you Ashley Page Bookhart for your support!
