Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter has completed its final Childhood Hunger Initiative Power Pack (AKA CHIPP™) delivery under the 2022–2026 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® administration theme, Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.

Over the past four years, we have delivered 9,845 C.H.I.P.P.™️bags and 97,700 food items to three schools, helping ensure students had nutritious food to sustain them over the weekends.

We were proud to culminate this initiative alongside distinguished community leaders from our service areas of Laurel, Bowie and Greenbelt;

☕✨ Our GenNEXT x Sisterly Relations Committees, in partnership with the Social and Membership Committees, hosted a beautiful Legacy Tea filled with fellowship, connection, and sisterhood.

Sorors arrived in tea-inspired attire and enjoyed a thoughtfully curated spread featuring matcha, sweet treats like macarons, cake pops, and other chocolate-dipped delights, along with refreshing tea-inspired beverages. The room was filled with warmth, laughter, and meaningful connection.

We concluded the tea and transitioned into our May Chapter Meeting in business attire, continuing a purposeful day of sisterhood and service. 💕

May is mental health month. Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter and Laurel High School are partnering to bring a mental health fair on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10AM-1PM at Laurel HS to the community! This is a family event ROOTED in balance, self-care and overall wellness, with a boot camp, expert panel discussion, vendors, give-aways and more! FREE and open to the public.

When community calls📞 Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter answers! 💕📚

After learning of a paper shortage at our school partner, Northview Elementary School our First Vice President and Programs Chair along with dedicated PEO members sprang into action by delivering and distributing 80 reams (40,000 sheets!) of paper to support students and educators at Northview.

As a proud sponsor of Prince George’s County Public Schools Spring B.E.A.M. (Be Excited About Math) Event, we’re thrilled to support this exciting family engagement experience happening in Northern Prince George’s County, directly benefiting students and families in Laurel, Bowie, and Greenbelt.

To honor our milestone, PEO created special service programs across these communities for the month of April:
🌟 Laurel: Food drive collecting non-perishable items for Elizabeth House
🌟 Bowie: Donating items to support the B.E.A.M. initiative
🌟 Greenbelt: Planting shrubs and trees to beautify our environment
