This Saturday, join the Library and wellness non-profit organization Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds for a fun-filled wellness event for children and families! Through music and movement activities, yoga, wellness crafts, mindfulness exercises, and games, children and caregivers will discover simple ways to build healthy bodies and healthy minds while having fun together.
