The Laurel Multiservice Center is a community-focused facility in Laurel, Maryland, designed to provide a wide range of essential services and resources to support residents in need. Join Us for Lifestyle Medicine at the Laurel Multiservice Center!

Looking for simple ways to improve your health and well-being? Join the University of Maryland Capital Region Health Internal Medicine Residency Program and the Laurel Multiservice Center for an engaging discussion on Lifestyle Medicine and healthy living.

Participants will also have the opportunity to receive free blood pressure screenings and learn practical strategies to support a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and social connection.

The Laurel Multiservice Center team was honored to be invited to the Pre-Preakness Picnic for the backstretch workers, sponsored by the Safety Net Foundation. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the hardworking individuals and families who are such an important part of the racing community.
