Icing Smiles is currently serving in any location in the US. We serve children 18 or younger as of the date of the request who have a critical illness or an illness that requires frequent hospitalizations. We can not accept any requests with less than 4 weeks notice unless the child is terminal or hospitalized.

Two siblings. Two dream cakes. Endless smiles. 💜🎂

Recently, Sugar Angel Chelsea of Chelsea's Creative Confections had the honor of delivering dream cakes for siblings Aiden and Aurora in Lewes, Delaware.

Aurora celebrated her 6th birthday with a custom K-pop-themed cake, while Aiden received a hockey-themed creation designed especially for him.

One of the most meaningful parts of the Icing Smiles mission is our commitment to serving siblings, too. While a child facing a critical illness often receives much-needed support, siblings can also experience the challenges of hospital visits, appointments, and changes to everyday family life. That's why we believe they deserve to be celebrated and recognized as well.

Thank you to the Graham family for allowing us to be part of your special day, and thank you to Sugar Angel, Chelsea, for creating these beautiful cakes and helping us bake a difference in the lives of families facing difficult circumstances.

Happy 3rd Liver-versary! Happy 3 years since you got your liver transplant Brinley!

"Brinley was born with a genetic liver disease called PFIC (Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis). This leads to liver disease, unrelenting itching, and eventual liver failure. She received her second chance at life right after she turned two. She was then diagnosed with a type of cancer called PTLD (post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease) about 8 months after. She received 4 months of treatment and rang the bell! She has been thriving since!" her family shared with us!

Sending a big thank you to her Julie! Brinley absolutely LOVED her cake and it was absolutely delicious!
