Icing Smiles is currently serving in any location in the US. We serve children 18 or younger as of the date of the request who have a critical illness or an illness that requires frequent hospitalizations. We can not accept any requests with less than 4 weeks notice unless the child is terminal or hospitalized.

"Grant was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2024. He is still currently in active treatment and follows up with multiple specialist regularly. Grant struggles with headaches, exhaustion and keeping up with his peers. However, that does not stop him from surpassed all expectations and being one amazing kid!

Receiving an icing smiles cake has brought so much joy and excitement to the day! He received such a beautiful and delicious jelly fish cake! It was exactly what he wished for!," Grant's family shared.

Happy Golden Birthday, Bernice! ✨

"We found out in the fall of 2025 Bernice had a tumor in her ankle. She had surgery in January 2026 to remove the tumor and bone grafting to rebuild her tibia. The tumor was diagnosed as Giant Cell Tumor of Bone. In May, we learned the tumor had metastasized to her lungs. There was also recurrence in her ankle, which caused her ankle to collapse. She is currently taking medication to shrink the tumors before next steps are decided," her family shared.

"She loved the cake. She thought it was so pretty and it made her day! The baker (Bryant) did a wonderful job of creating the cake as Bernice had described!"

Happy 11th birthday, Matthew!

Sara Elizabeth showed her talent goes lightyears!

"As always, I baked with the best ingredients. Because I face some health issues myself, I never use products that have been enriched or bleached. I made Baby Yoda the main character of the cake, along with the other decorations, using gum paste. I made the decorations ahead of time to allow them to dry, but due to the hot weather, I faced a small challenge with Baby Yoda's sword during delivery. Fortunately, his mom told me not to worry at all and said the cake was perfect," she shared with us.

Happy birthday Karter and Mayson!

"We celebrated Mayson's 7th birthday & Karter's 6th birthday and Icing Smiles along with Jasla did such a wonderful job. Jasla (from ) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond," their family said.

Karter was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia last July. He has a year and a half left of treatment.
