Honoring Our Nine CLF Leaders: Inspiring Excellence, Shaping Futures

To our nine extraordinary CLF School Principals,

Thank you for your unwavering commitment, visionary leadership, and dedication to our students, staff, and school communities every single day. Leading a school requires a rare blend of courage, compassion, and resilience, and each of you brings these qualities to life across our campuses.

Your impact reaches far beyond the walls of your classrooms. You set the tone for learning, foster environments where students thrive, and empower teachers to reach new heights. When challenges arise, you lead with strength; when successes are celebrated, you elevate those around you.

May this month remind you how deeply valued and appreciated you are. Thank you for championing education, inspiring excellence, and building a brighter future for the entire CLF family.

Happy Principals Appreciation Month!

For many years, CSP Middle/High School shared a single building. At the start of this school year, the middle and high schools were separated, with the middle school moving into a brand-new facility on the same campus. Today, we officially celebrated our Grand Opening!

The event was hosted by CSP Principal Casandra Andrew and her administrative team; CLF CEO Yilmaz Ak and the CLF admin team; CSP Board President Claudia Chang; and members of the CLF Board.

We were honored to have AACPS Superintendent Dr. Mark Bedell and the AACPS administrative team, as well as representatives from St. John Properties, who constructed the new building, present.

The guest of honor for the occasion was Simon Lancaster and his family. Simon is the son of Spear Lancaster, the founding President of CLF, whom we lost this past February. In a deeply meaningful tribute to his legacy, the new CSP Middle School building has been named after him.
