Just wanted to remind everyone the bus stop is back for our subdivision. It picks up ~6:50 AM (+ or - 15 minutes each day). The space the school chose is very dark in the morning, so please be careful as the area had no light. I will talk to the school because just 1 block up Golf course has much better lighting, although no sidewalk. In the mean time, know there could be kids standing out there in the dark.

Feel free to contact the school if you agree, I'm sure I'll need help to get it changed.

Hi! We are Jacob and Mindy Bausch. We live at 1845 Paynes Place (first house with the big shop). We have 4 children and have lived here since 2012. I grew up in Laurel, my husband grew up in Livingston.

Welcome! This page was developed to help keep our little cul-de-sac style community safe. In light of recent developments this has become a necessary tool. However, I'm grateful and look forward to meeting my neighbors! When you join say Hi, and let us know where you are. There really is no need for rules here. Post anything that is relevant to the subdivision. I anticipate that we will start to see Saddleback residents join up as well at some point. Together we are a force. Let's join forces and work together to stay safe!
