Wear Orange Day! 🧡

Join us in wearing orange to honor survivors, remember those whose lives have been impacted by gun violence, and raise awareness about the need for safer communities.

Why orange? Orange was chosen because it symbolizes the value of human life and was inspired by friends of Hadiya Pendleton, a Chicago teenager whose life was tragically cut short by gun violence. They wore orange in her memory and sparked a movement that continues today.

🎓 Laurel Alumnae Graduation Spotlight 🎓

Join us in celebrating Cayden Expose-Sutton, son of Soror Temekia Lyons, on his upcoming graduation from Laurel High School on May 28, 2026!

Cayden graduates with a 3.1 GPA and has been actively involved as a member of Student Council, the National Tech Honor Society, and First Priority. He also proudly represented Laurel High School as a member of the football team and will always be a Forever Golden Tornado.

After graduation, Cayden will attend Jones College to complete his basic courses while pursuing a major in Sports Media and Journalism.

Congratulations, Cayden! We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to see all that your future holds. 🎓❤️

Join us in celebrating Jordan Virgess, son of Soror Rachel Virgess, on his upcoming graduation from Laurel High School on May 28, 2026!

Jordan is graduating with Highest Honors and has distinguished himself as a Principal’s List Scholar, Dual Enrolled Student, Beta Club member, Student Council member, and Varsity Football and Track Team member. His dedication to academics, leadership, and athletics reflects his hard work and determination.

After graduation, Jordan will attend East Mississippi Community College where he plans to major in Sports Medicine.

Jordan, we are proud of all you have accomplished and excited for all that is ahead. Remember to always put God first in all that you do! Congratulations and best wishes on your next chapter! 🎓❤️
