Hope doesn’t happen by accident. It grows through connection.

When a young person has someone who shows up, listens, and believes in them, everything begins to change. In recent years, 81% of our mentees have reported higher levels of hope…and it all starts with one caring adult. ❤️

Everything we’ve become started right here. ❤️ Nebraska is the foundation that helped TeamMates grow to five additional states and reach thousands of students. This Nebraska Mentoring Month, we’re honoring our roots and inviting you to help shape what’s next.

Right now, hundreds of students across Nebraska are waiting for a mentor. Your "yes" could change everything. Head to TeamMates.org to learn how you can get involved!
