The thought about becoming an entrepreneur might seem simple but the record has shown that running a successful business comes with more than just a pretty picture in the sky. Conducting a S.W.O.T. Analysis is a great way to get started. This is something I overlooked in the beginning but quickly adjusted and revamped.

It’s important to:
Do your research. You want to make sure you understand the industry you'll be involved in so you can dominate
Determine your audience
Have a strong mission
Choose a realistic structure
Map your finances
Understand your tax burden
Understand the risk
Put together a business plan

Remember the vision might be blurry for a while but just remember, it’s not set in stone. You can learn from the experience as you go along but be sure to be accountable and adjust accordingly.
