“The Company has, for the last four years, been a critical part of my time at Saint Vincent. Here, I’ve met roommates, travel buddies, and friends that I know will last a lifetime. This club helped me through many challenges I faced during my time at Saint Vincent and played a factor in my decision to change my major to English in the hopes of becoming a playwright.
I will miss the friends I made here the most, who were there through all the ups and downs. I will cherish the memories we shared together: long rehearsals full of laughter, after parties at Denny’s, and, perhaps my favorite memories, my exec board meetings and our pizza and story times in the dark.
I look forward to seeing all the continued success this club will experience well into the future, and can’t wait to see you all again when this is over.
(Also I was very tired when I filmed this and it was 2 in the morning, so I apologize for the less-than-perfect sound quality).”

“The Company is more than just a club. It truly is a family. Performing with this group for the past four years has been such a blessing. Looking back, this group gave me some of my first friends here at Saint Vincent and those friendship have only gotten to grow over time. The Company truly embodies what it means to have Hospitality. This group welcomes everyone with a love for theatre join, no questions asked.

I've also been so lucky to have served as the Public Relations Director for the past year and it's been fun. I could not have been prouder of my fellow Executive Board Members. We did so many things and helped lead our little theatre family through some crazy things, including a global pandemic.

To the rest of the Company: thank you for joining The Company. I think it's safe to say our group is being left in trustworthy hands that will continue to grow the group and continue to put on amazing shows. I can't wait to see what y'all do next.

Lastly, to my fellow seniors: Johanna, Maria, Matthew, Caroline, and Joel. Thank you. It's been so wonderful to have gotten to share the stage with y'all over the years and to see how our love for theatre has brought us all together. I'm so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you because this experience would have been completely different without you guys.”

Much Love,
Morgan Casto

“Hi everyone! I hope you are all healthy and safe during this time. While it truly is upsetting that we had to cancel our last show, what’s most important during this time is that we don’t let our sadness get to us. Instead of being upset, let’s think back to all of the positives that this group gave us. This group gave me some of my best friends that I will cherish forever. This group taught me that it’s okay to be weird and different. This group showed me what a theater family is, and even though we fight and things get rough sometimes, we love each other with our whole hearts. Now more than ever we need to take the spirit of our group and put it into action by being there for each other. To any Company member reading this, know that you will always have a special place in my heart, and that no matter how far I go, “I’ll be here.”
To Joel, Carol, Matthew, Morgan, and Johanna: Thank you for eight wonderful semesters of laughs and love.
I cannot wait to see how this group flourishes in the future. I can leave knowing the group is in very capable hands.
Stay healthy, stay safe, STAY HOME, and stay strong.”

Hi friends.
I want to update you all on the state of our show. This afternoon, we were all alerted that the college has decided to go fully online for classes until the end of the semester, cancelling or postponing all events for the foreseeable future, including our show.
The executive board and production team is devastated by this decision, and know that our cast is as well, but will of course be following the instruction of the college. As of right now, there are no plans in place to reschedule the cabaret.
I’d like to take a minute to thank our members for the hard work they’ve contributed to the club this year, our friends and family for supporting us and making “The Addams Family Musical” our best-attended show to date, and to my fellow seniors who poured their hearts into this group for many years to provide you all with quality student-run musical theater at Saint Vincent college.
I invite you all to keep an eye on our page for information about our next show, most likely scheduled for Fall of 2020.
Thank you for your support of the arts and our club over the years.
Thank you all,
Johanna Philips, President of The Company 2019-2020

Hello Company Facebook!
I’m sure you’re aware of the steps Saint Vincent has taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on our campus by moving classes to an online setting.
As of right now, our show is still scheduled for the first weekend in April, but we will be limited to a Saturday and Sunday show to give us more time to prepare to present the best show possible.
We will be acting in accordance with updates from the college, so these dates are still subject to potential change, depending on the decisions of the college.
Should events change and our online class status is prolonged, we will attempt to reschedule the Cabaret until later in April. Our cast has been working hard on our Twentieth Anniversary show and we want to share it with you all!
We will keep you posted on this process and will update you if changes to our show dates must occur.
Thank you for your understanding at this time. Stay safe everyone.
