It needs to be filled out completely, signed and dated and then mailed back to GAPR via USPS. Please include references and contact them to inform them that we will be calling to speak with them. Once the adoption application is processed, one of our volunteers will contact you to arrange a home inspection. once this is completed we will contact you as to whether you've been approved or not, if approved to this point, you will be scheduled in by appointment only, to visit with our rescues and we will be happy to help match you to the right pug rescue that will fit best into your family and home life. there is an adoption fee and it varies dependant on each individual pug rescue.

All T-shirts are $25 each plus a minimum of $6 shipping per shirt… and they can only be shipped in the continental USA.
All shirts must be paid for in advance… the back of the T-shirts do have our Wags to Riches sponsors information on them…
This is a slightly different design from last year‘s T-shirt, we added another little black pug puppy upfront, along with a Puggle and a little Pugwannabe in the front.
