It may be winter but our garden is looking amazing! We wanted to give a special shout out to in Manteca for donating his time and ability to our community space. He went above and beyond not just doing our lawn space, but taking care of our weeds and even our city gutter and sidewalk space. We appreciate Mike so much! Give him a follow on his new account -

Another beautiful day in the garden! This harvest was shared with our volunteers today, it was lovely! We’re looking forward to bigger harvests for fall (cauliflowers, carrots and spinach are going in the beds next week) and bigger harvests next year! Such a pleasure to be able to facilitate this incredible community space.

We had a great time pinning up tomatoes this morning in the Manteca Community Garden! We want to make sure we can extend the growing season of our indeterminate tomatoes by standing them up tall again and removing inner leaves to promote airflow in these wetter months. Hopefully we will snag a few more harvests!
