We are thrilled to announce that we are searching for a passionate, talented individual to join us as our Part-Time Operations and Outreach Manager. This is a rare and wonderful opportunity to turn your love for veganism and community into meaningful, real-world impact, right here in the Capital Region.
This isn't just a job. It's a chance to be the engine behind everything CRVN does.
✨ What You'll Do:
As our Operations and Outreach Manager, you'll be the organizing force that makes the magic happen. Your role will touch every corner of what makes CRVN thrive:
đź—“ Event Management - You'll bring our beloved monthly member events to life and lead the charge on our flagship annual celebration, VEG OUT. From venue bookings and vendor coordination to volunteer recruitment and promotion, you'll make sure every event is memorable.
đź“Ł Marketing & Communications - You'll help tell CRVN's story through digital and print materials, press outreach, brand-consistent messaging, and management of our growing media library.
đź’» Social Media & Website - You'll engage our online audience, grow our digital presence, create inspiring content, and keep our website and email campaigns fresh and effective.
🤝 Membership Administration - You'll welcome new members with open arms, manage our membership database, and champion the retention of our incredible community.
đź“‹ General Administration - You'll support our Board of Directors, serve as the friendly face and voice of CRVN to members and the public, and keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
🌟 Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for someone who is organized, communicative, and solutions-oriented, someone who leads with heart and rolls up their sleeves with enthusiasm. If you're passionate about plant-based living, love bringing people together, and have the skills to keep a mission-driven organization humming, we would absolutely love to hear from you.
This is a part-time position reporting directly to CRVN's Board of Directors.
