Last night, around 11pm, Latexo Fire Dept received a mutual aid request for a structure fire in Crockett, with assistance provided by Crockett FD, Lovelady FD, Belott FD, Crockett PD, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Houston County Fire Marshal’s Office, Houston County EMS and DPS. The fire is now contained and authorities and CFD will remain on scene to protect surrounding areas. Please exercise caution in the area and respect personnel working to secure the scene. Please keep all parties involved in your thoughts and prayers.
