We are officially LIVE
We are building more than a room.
We're building a Wellness Sanctuary
This community project is raising $100,000 for WestCare Nevada's Women and Children's Campus, creating a dedicated wellness space for women in recovery, including pregnant and parenting mothers and female veterans.
This sanctuary will be a place for :
# grounding
* healing
* nervous system regulation
* community connection
A space where women are reminded :
You are worthy of peace, dignity and wholeness.
Over the coming weeks, our community will come together to find, build, and activate this space - with yoga, meditation, breathwork and trauma-informed wellness tools that will serve women and their children for years to come.
This is about :
- unity over isolation
- courage over survival
- abundance over scarcity
And we're just getting started.

As a team of community leaders and volunteers, we are fueled by the belief that every individual deserves access to the tools for healing, regardless of their circumstances. Our mission is built on three core pillars:

• Unity: We are removing the isolation of crisis by creating a sacred space where women can heal alongside one another.

• Courage: We provide a "brave space" where mothers and veterans can reclaim their bodies, minds, and spirits through trauma-informed wellness practices.

• Abundance: We are transforming scarcity into wholeness by providing premium equipment and expert instruction that is typically unavailable to this population.

Our Goal

By January 22nd, 2026, we aim to raise $100,000 to design, build, and fully equip a 10-person capacity Wellness Sanctuary at WestCare’s Women’s and Children’s Center. This center will provide immediate access to yoga, meditation, breath work, and nutrition education
