Today we're highlighting one of the amazing trainers whose knowledge, encouragement, and passion are helping shape this year's program.

Get to know her below!👇

Educator, confidence coach, fashion stylist, and proud twin mom, Jada Willis wears many hats, all with style and purpose.

A Las Vegas native and Florida A&M University MBA graduate, Jada spent 15 years leading in luxury hospitality and gaming. She excelled at developing the financial acumen of mid-level managers and transforming teams into world-class hospitality specialists.

Driven by a passion for empowering women and a lifelong desire to "play in people’s closets for a living," Jada launched her personal styling and retail ventures. Her mission? To help women embrace their inner superheroes by dressing with intention and confidence.

From everyday outfits to red carpet appearances and photoshoots, Jada knows that confidence begins with personal presentation. She takes pride in guiding both men and women to show up as their best selves.

When she's not spending quality time with her twin boys, Jada can be found singing loudly to great music with her husband, escaping to the beach, or relaxing with a good paint-by-numbers project.

Our participants are learning from some truly amazing people.

Today we're introducing one of the dedicated trainers helping our I Am Radiant youth build confidence, learn new skills, and prepare for the big day.

👇 Meet Jei’mar M. Spell.

Jei'mar M. Spell is a father, business insurance broker, leadership coach, speaker, and passionate advocate for personal transformation. With 14 years of experience in business insurance, he has built a reputation for leading with integrity, purpose, and service.

As a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, an 11-year Toastmaster, and founder of Altitude Leadership, Jei'mar empowers individuals and teams through leadership development, coaching, and public speaking. He has spent more than two decades helping others build resilience, strengthen leadership, and reach their full potential.

Beyond his professional work, Jei'mar is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed nine IRONMAN 70.3 races and one IRONMAN 140.6. He is also a proud supporter of the Challenged Athletes Foundation and The Jones-Gordon School, and serves on the Advisory Board of the SHERO Foundation.

Every lesson, every rehearsal, and every word of encouragement helps our participants shine a little brighter.✨
