Do you know what a union steward is?

A union steward is an employee who represents and defends the interests of fellow workers in a labor union. They help enforce contract agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and communicate union contract language to members.

It’s the legal right of employees to have union representation during investigatory meetings where they believe disciplinary action may occur.
