Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada Since 1941, the mission of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada has been to serve those in need — the most vulnerable — regardless of race, religion or creed.

undations, grants, organizations and individual donors, Catholic Charities operates 16 programs providing support to more than 4,200 people daily and encompassing four core areas: Family Services, Food Services, Immigration and Refugee Services and Homeless and Housing Services. Volunteers will:
🍽️ Bag frozen meals
✨ Seal each bag with care
🧹 Help tidy up when the work is done

Free utility assistance for Southern Nevada seniors is available this August! 🫶

If you are age 62 or older and need help paying your electric, gas, water, or sewer bill, UWSN’s Project REACH Senior Expo, powered by NV Energy, may be able to offer the assistance you need.
 
Bring your ID, a past-due utility bill, and proof of income to any of the four Project REACH Senior Expos on August 18, 20, 25, and 27. 

Free transportation is also available through 211 and community partners.
