Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) was started by a brave 4-year-old girl named Alex, who believed that even kids could make a difference. She began her first lemonade stand to raise money for children like herself battling cancer.
Though Alex passed away at just 8 years old, her legacy lives on. Her foundation has now raised over $300 million, funding 1,500+ research projects across the U.S. and Canada, and helping countless families carry the heavy financial burden of childhood cancer.
This June, we celebrate Lemonade Days—a nationwide movement where kids host stands in Alex’s honor. 🍋
