We are happy to have you on this journey of love and support! Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Wives exists to support and better the lives of those in our community. "Like" this page for updates on our community efforts and to show your support. WHO WE ARE:

The LVMPO Wives is a group of women who are here to help support the Officers of the LVMPD and their families. We are a group of nearly 800 wives of commissioned police officers who are committed to building a community of support for other police wives, officers, and their children. We provide opportunities for community involvement, friendship, and support when needed. The Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Wives exists to support and better the lives of those in our community. WHAT WE DO:

On a broad scale, we organize support for our officers. We facilitate and engage in community events backing our department, regularly participate in local outreach and promote a solid foundation of determined and uncompromising reinforcement for the LVMPD. On a smaller scale, we provide a safe place for wives to discuss the job and to reach out for support and encouragement. WHY IT’S IMPORTANT TO HAVE A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY:

1 OCTOBER — WE REMEMBER 💙

Nine years ago, our Las Vegas community experienced a night that none of us will ever forget.

In the midst of unimaginable chaos, first responders and ordinary citizens did extraordinary things. While thousands were desperately trying to escape the danger, so many ran toward it—law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, medical professionals, off-duty first responders, and complete strangers who refused to leave others behind.

There were incredible acts of courage, sacrifice, compassion, and humanity that night.

But the impact of 1 October did not end when the sirens stopped.

Families went home without someone they loved. Survivors carried wounds—both seen and unseen. First responders carried home the weight of what they witnessed and experienced, and their spouses and families walked alongside them through the aftermath.

For our law enforcement family, we especially remember Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Charleston Hartfield, who was off duty attending the concert that night and was among the 60 precious lives lost. Officer Hartfield was a husband, father, military veteran, police officer, friend, and brother in blue. His loss was felt deeply throughout our entire law enforcement community, and today we remember and honor him and continue to hold his family close to our hearts. 💙

For so many, anniversaries like today bring memories back in ways others may never fully understand.

Today, we remember the 60 lives lost. We remember their families. We remember the survivors. We remember every first responder who answered the call that night and every spouse and family member who stood beside them through the days, months, and years that followed.

And we are thankful for the countless people God has used since that night to bring healing, encouragement, comfort, and hope to those whose lives were forever changed.

May we continue to pray for them, honor them, and never forget.

This is what our blue family does. 💙

This was not a typical Honor Guard practice day.

Their day began at 6:30 a.m., preparing for Fallen Officer Abdelnabi’s funeral. After practicing throughout the day, they went directly to the funeral home to stand watch at his visitation, rotating in and out until after 9:00 that night.

We wanted to create a place where, between rotations, they could sit down, have a good meal, grab some coffee, and feel cared for. While they carried the solemn responsibility of honoring one of our fallen, we wanted them to know their blue family was taking care of them.

And wow, did our community show up. 💙

Our Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Wives gave generously and poured their time, talents, creativity, and hearts into making this possible. And some incredible local businesses came alongside us with extraordinary generosity. You’ll see just a glimpse in this video of what so many people did to make this day special.

To every wife, child, business, volunteer, and person who contributed in ways big and small—thank you.

And to our Honor Guard: we see the sacrifice behind what you do. Thank you for carrying out this difficult responsibility with such dignity and respect.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Remember.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives taken far too soon—the husbands and wives, sons and daughters, parents, friends, and coworkers who never made it home.

And we honor the first responders who answered the call.

While others were running from danger, firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, dispatchers, and countless other heroes ran toward it. They climbed the stairs. They entered the smoke. They helped strangers. They stayed at their posts. Many gave their lives doing what first responders do every day—answering the call when someone else is having their worst day.

As law enforcement wives, we understand in a very personal way what it means to watch someone we love put on the uniform and walk out the door, never knowing what the next call may bring.

So today, we remember those who never came home. We honor those who ran toward the danger. And we pray for the families who have carried their loss every day since.

May we never forget their courage, their sacrifice, or the lives behind every badge and uniform.

Today, Fallen LVMPD Officer Abdelnabi’s widow, Sage, will face a moment no police wife ever imagines she will have to face—laying her husband to rest.

Last week, our law enforcement family gathered here in Las Vegas to honor Officer Abdelnabi, who made the ultimate sacrifice. We stood together as his widow, family, friends, and brothers and sisters in blue mourned the loss of a husband, loved one, friend, and fellow officer.

Today, that journey continues in South Carolina, where Officer Abdelnabi will be laid to rest.

As police wives, our hearts are especially with Sage today. We know what it means to kiss our husbands goodbye as they put on that uniform and walk out the door. Today, one of our own will say a goodbye none of us ever wants to imagine.

So today, we ask our community to surround Sage in prayer.

Pray for strength when hers feels gone.
Pray for peace in the midst of unimaginable grief.
Pray that she feels the love and support of the law enforcement family surrounding her, even from thousands of miles away.
And pray that God carries her through every step of this incredibly difficult day.

Please continue to lift up Officer Abdelnabi’s entire family and his brothers and sisters in blue as well. The services will end and everyone will return home, but grief does not follow a timetable. Our support shouldn’t either.

Today, as Officer Abdelnabi is laid to rest in South Carolina, may Sage know that she does not walk this road alone.

We remember him.
We honor his sacrifice.
We stand beside Sage and his family.
And we will continue to carry them in our prayers. 💙🖤

In times of heartbreaking loss, our greatest strength is found in coming together. None of us can meet every need alone, but together we can make sure every need is met. When we stay focused on serving those who are hurting, every act of kindness, every prayer, and every helping hand becomes a reminder that they are not alone. Tonight, our hearts are heavy.

We mourn the loss of a LVMPD officer who made the ultimate sacrifice while responding to a call. There are no words that can ease the pain of such a heartbreaking loss.

To this officer’s family, loved ones, and brothers and sisters in blue: please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that the Lord would surround you with His peace, strength, and comfort in the difficult days ahead.

To our entire blue family, we grieve with you. Thank you for continuing to answer the call each day, knowing the risks that come with wearing the badge. Your courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting others will never be forgotten.

Please keep this officer’s family, department, and all those affected lifted up in prayer.

It’s devastating to see people join in with these disgusting “No Kings” protests that slander and vilify our law enforcement officers. As a police wife, I know firsthand the sacrifices these brave men and women make daily—sacrifices that allow others the very freedom they abuse by supporting such hateful, lawless movements.

What we’re witnessing is the tragic fruit of a culture that has been steadily brainwashed into believing that authority is oppression, that law and order are threats, and that anarchy is somehow noble. It’s a lie. And it’s one that endangers every community, every child, and every citizen who relies on the thin blue line for protection and peace.

To those who mindlessly join these anti-police mobs: You’re not standing for justice—you’re standing for chaos. And to those of us who still believe in truth, integrity, and the value of every life behind the badge: Keep standing strong. Our nation needs your voice more than ever.
