Do you have a flair for fashion, a talent for organization, and a passion for digital media? The Las Vegas Fashion Council (LVFC) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Digital Media Manager. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited to support the continued growth of Las Vegas’ fashion industry.
✨ What You'll Do:
Administrative Support
· Provide general administrative assistance to the LVFC team, including managing correspondence, calendars, scheduling, and filing systems.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for stakeholders and board members.
· Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings and fashion-focused events.
· Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely, professional communication.
· Assist the Executive Director with day-to-day operations and special projects.
Digital Media Management
· Create and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
· Design compelling digital content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
· Manage and grow LVFC’s online presence, including email newsletters, social campaigns, and website updates.
· Capture and curate event photos and videos that showcase our mission and initiatives.
· Analyze metrics and engagement data to optimize reach and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with external partners, designers, and media professionals to amplify campaigns.
💡 What We're Looking For:
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
· Experience with digital media management and content creation (social, email, blog, video).
· Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
· Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Passion for fashion, creative industries, or event coordination a plus!
· Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
