--Fosters intercultural engagements—welcoming all visitors to experience and learn from Filipino culture through art, festivals, educational programs, and cultural exchanges;
--Promotes, supports, and encourages creation of more local Filipino-owned businesses—anchoring the corridor with community staples like Seafood City, cafes, boutiques, and professional services.
