What if the next great place in Las Vegas isn't another building... but the space between them?

Some of the world's most successful cities weren't transformed by one signature project.

They were transformed by creating places people actually enjoy walking, gathering, dining, shopping, and spending time.

That's the heart of placemaking.

Join ULI Nevada as civic and industry leaders discuss how intentional design can strengthen neighborhoods, support local businesses, and create more vibrant communities for generations to come.

Hear perspectives from Mayor Shelley Berkley and former Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett, whose leadership helped redefine one of America's most remarkable downtown revitalization stories.

Whether you work in development, planning, architecture, public policy, brokerage, or simply care about the future of Southern Nevada, this is a conversation worth being part of.

We're excited to welcome:

Last night, ULI Nevada brought together leaders from across the public and private sectors for a conversation about what becomes possible when government, higher education, development, and private industry work together.

Caleb Sheldon, Dr. Amber Lasater, Debra March, and Eric Midby shared perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and collaboration behind successful public-private partnerships, followed by plenty of continued conversation and networking at Viking Mikeโ€™s Alpine Yurt Bar in the Las Vegas Arts District.

This is what ULI is all about: bringing the right people into the room, exchanging ideas, and creating conversations that can help shape stronger communities.

A special thank you to our event sponsors, Caledan and The Midby Companies, for helping make the evening possible, and to everyone who joined us! What a cool setting!
