Every year we gather new toys and food for the underprivileged children that live in the weekly's in Las Vegas & deliver them Christmas morning

Christmas morning is surely a miracle for these children... We have the ultimate gratitude for every, single person that donates their time, toys, food, $, resources and love!!! Thank you doesn't begin to cover it... J & S Hope Foundation's Christmas morning could not happen if it was not for all of you beautiful people joining in with all your efforts. s etc. to name but just know that each and every one of you hold an extremely special place in our hearts. J & S Hope Foundation History- Joann & myself started this venture 12.25.2011 & made it a tradition to help what we call the lost children of Boulder Highway. Since, many amazing people have joined in our efforts to help these kids. Many people don’t see these children that live in the weekly’s on Boulder Highway as homeless. Even though MOST nights they have a roof over their head, they really don’t have much, many of their parents do not care enough for them to give them food, clothes and toys over their own selfish needs such as drugs, alcohol etc. I have personally seen how horrible their living conditions are and I can only imagine what they see and go through every day. It is our mission to show them that people do care and that there is a different way in life. Joann and Ryan are both unfortunately not with us anymore & are SO missed but we know they are proud of all of us coming together to make this happen each year. Their spirit lives on in all of us and especially in our charity. Teamwork makes the Dream work

This post is absolutely over due and is going to be a long one so please bare with me... As many of you know, & S Hope Foundation is a Christmas Charity that benefits less fortunate children and their family's in the weekly's (Seigal Suites - daily, weekly, monthly rentals) on Boulder Highway here in Vegas. We gather and give them many presents, food bags, books, clothes etc & deliver everything on Christmas morning 🎄🤶 My best friend Joni Mackin & I started this grassroots effort 12 years ago with the support of Many Many Incredible family members & friends. Since Joann's passing in 2017 its been extremely difficult to continue our foundation's mission however year after year with Paula Klein Burnett, David Christian Burnett, JJ Jackson Matt Martello, Andy Martello , Che Treichel, My Awesome family, Haydee A. Ratner / Brett Ratner , Delores Quiroz, Jaymes Martinez, Haanson Myer, Brian/Angie, too many more to mention, we've made it a reality for over 120 kids and 100 families. Grateful is and understatement ❤️❤️❤️

This next part is Reallyyyy hard for me... this Christmas we are not going to be able to make the charity happen 😕 unfortunately I've been faced with some very real issues that I have to tend to. I will be transparent when I say I've been diagnosed with an auto immune disease called Hashimotos. I'm very grateful it's manageable and with the proper thyroid medication and supplements, I should be able to get things in order. However for now, I've been urged to take better care of myself, stop spending so much time on everything else and taking on too much. I'm not the best at self care and now it's showing in my health. I'm grateful to know what's going on and am certain I will eventually get balanced but for now, I must take a step back.

To say I'm grateful for each and every person that has been a part of our mission for one season, a couple or most of the years of J & S Hope Foundation is an understatement 💖 Without all of you none of what we accomplished would've been possible!!! We absolutely will be back, this is NOT the end!! We truly need to get the charity licensed as a 501 (c) 3 corporation so we can receive the proper help and funding we need so running it isn't so stressful & so we can grow our effirts into other communities. For now we will focus on reorganization and the proper licensing while taking a much needed pause. So much love!! Thank you all for gour love and support!!! 🎄🧑‍🎄🤶💫💞💞💞💞💫💯

Christmas morning was an Absolute MIRACLE!!! To say I'm grateful is an understatement! From ALL our supporters to our team of Elves, WOWWW!!! Its such an experience to see these kids and families faces, the happiness is contagious.. Joni was 100% beaming down on us and what a year it was! We had a huge tent and hot cocoa and donut 🍩 station thanks to one of our biggest supporters! It was RAD! A HUGE THANK YOU to our supporters and everyone involved, means the world to us and these kids! Sooo much love everyone ❤️

ROLL CALL!!!! 12/25 8am!! Don't be a Grinch and come spend Christmas morning with us at the weekly delivering all of these amazing presents, food and sooo many other amazing things for these kids!!!! So grateful for ALL our supporters, it's been a rough couple years and we are so happy we are able to accomplish what we have this year! On Saturday an Incredible team of elves wrapped over 550 presents for 115 kids!! To say we are appreciative is an understatement. Pulling something off like this is extremely intense and difficult however, very rewarding! Teamwork makes the dream work and we couldn't be more grateful to our supporters big and small, every bit counts!!! Joni is SO proud!! There is such a beautiful army of humans that make this all possible. Cannot wait for Christmas!!! Sooo much love everyone ❤️

Yesterday we organized and separated out 5 gifts each for 40 of our 115 kids!! Believe it or not most of what's pictured here is gone already... we have an additional 40 kids this year and that's A LoT! This is a huge undertaking and we need all the help we can get. Pleeease, if up can help, these are the item still needed. I've also added the box location flyers to make it easy to drop off all around town. Sooo much love everyone ❤️

Yesterday we shopped like Crazyyyy Thanks to All our Amazing supporters!! Then we organized an insane amount of toys to get ready to seperate the gifts out for our 115 kids. All getting wrapped this Saturday!! So much love, it was a long but successful day!! A HUGE Thank you to our elves, appreciate you more than you know!!

A HUGE Thank you to our supporters, our Elves that packed up and bagged ALL the food today for 75 families, Also Danny @ the Smiths store # 55!! This gentleman paid for HALF of the food bill out of his personal account.... I'm in Awe of all you beautiful people!! Thank you, without all of you we couldn't do this! Sooo much love!!

Our J & S Hope Foundation meeting yesterday was great & Santa's elves are in full motion!!! Had a site vist with the weekly’s manager and things are going to be so Amazing this year!!!! A hot chocolate ☕ doughnut 🍩 station and so much more!! To see our little baby grow into this is Incredible!!

By the way... we arlready have 90 kids names on our list, thats right.... NINETY kids and its not even Thanksgiving yet!!! Lets DO this!!!🤶 🎄 🧑‍🎄

Our Mission

So many beautiful friends and family that have made it a tradition every year to help what we call the lost children of Boulder Highway. Many people don’t see these kids that live in the weekly’s on Boulder Highway as homeless. Even though MOST nights they have a roof over their head, they really don’t have much, especially not parents who care enough for them to give them food, clothes and toys over their own selfish needs such as drugs, alcohol etc. I have personally seen how horrible their living conditions are and I can only imagine what they see and go through every day. A few years ago a little boy told me that his mommy and daddy gave away his toys and never gave them back like they promised and that he couldn’t believe they finally came TODAY….

Every year we gather new toys for kids - starting from newborn babies to ages 17 years old as well as money donations that 100% completely go towards new toys & food shopping for the family as well. We get a list from the managers of this weekly with the s*x & ages of kids and give at least 3-4 good presents each and two food bags with a lot of easily made food items that the kids can make over their Christmas break. We get a team of elves together and wrap EVERY SINGLE one of those presents and bag up the food. Then on Christmas morning we hand deliver everything to the kids and families!
