An AGBU Scholarship recipient himself, Artsakh Ombudsman of Human Rights, Artak Beglaryan met with the AGBU Western District Board and Representatives to discuss future collaborations.

“I’m so happy AGBU is starting to have a bigger presence in Armenia. It has so many programs in Armenia and Artsakh. AGBU has a lot of influence,” expressed Beglaryan.
