Stress, worry, and overthinking are part of life, but they don’t have to carry us.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is pause, take a deep breath, and choose a healthy habit that brings us back to the present.

Whether it’s going for a walk, journaling your thoughts, listening to music, moving your body, or simply putting your phone away for a while, small moments of self-care can create more focus, clarity, and peace.

At our Boise Football Camp, athletes learned that preparing for the future means developing skills beyond the game. Financial literacy empowers young people to make informed decisions, create opportunities, and build a strong foundation for whatever path they choose.

Because our mission has always been about more than football, it’s about preparing the next generation for life.
