New info available for the historic Huntridge Theatre redevelopment project, under consideration at the September 12 City Planning Commission meeting:
Agenda Item 33. 23-0388 - PUBLIC HEARING - APPLICANT/OWNER: BRASS MONKEY, LLC - For possible action on the following Land Use Entitlement project requests on 2.63 acres at the southeast corner of Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway (APNs 162-02-110-015 through 018), C-2 (General Commercial) Zone, Ward 3 (Diaz).
Staff recommends APPROVAL on the entire Land Use Entitlement project.
