Thank you to all who contributed this past season to Tablets for Tots. Today we honor the lives of SSG Mathew Jenkins and SSG Daniel Quintana! This Memorial Day we are honoring the selected service members families with iPad's! We look forward to seeing the kids smiles in coming days.

Please let us know if your family is interested in our events so we can send you more information! GSG events are open to children who lost a parent who served in the military or as a first responder.

We smile with hard hearts as our Flags are flown at half staff today until noon in memory of those who did not return from the battlefields. As part of tradition, and in accordance with title 4 of the United States Code, at noon we shall then raise these Flags-symbolizing the persistence of the nation in the face of loss.

At 3 p.m. local time, Americans are asked to take part in the National Moment of Remembrance, a time to pause in a moment of silence to honor those who have died serving the U.S.
