We were once a small nonprofit in Seattle. Now, this initiative is based out of Las Vegas. We serve the 48 Continental United States. TMN offers assistance, resources, & information that matters to the community.

Connecting trans people to what matters in the community since January 2012: Jobs, Resources, Community, Support, News, Media, Stories & More.To stay updated please like & follow. 'Trans Matters' is a grassroots initiative that began as 'Trans Lives Matters' in 2012 in Seattle, Washington. Since then, it changed hands in 2016, which lead it's name change, dropping the word 'Lives' from the name. After much deliberation and being overseen by a different administrator we believe we should focus on “Trans Matters” in the media, the world around us, and in every day life for the transgender population. Although trans lives do matter, there is so much more that also matters to the transgender population, and that's our focus - connecting trans people to what matters.
