Larrea Tridentata Grove, ADF is a Las Vegas-based non-profit religious congregation chartered by the neopagan organization Ár nDraiocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship (ADF). As a local congregation of Ár nDraiocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship (ADF.org), Larrea Tridentata Grove, ADF is a non-profit religious, educational, scholarly, artistic, and charitable association organized to practice the full spectrum
of legal activities appropriate for a lay-led religious congregation serving the greater Las Vegas area. We are a Neopagan church that holds public rituals and meetings, and seeks to better our world and ourselves through our relationships with our neighbors and the many divine Beings that share our world. Though ADF uses the term 'druid' to describe the form of religion we practice, we are not limited to the Celtic or Irish path in our practices, nor are we reconstructionists limited by the practices of the ancients. Instead, Larrea Tridentata Grove, ADF is a modern neopagan grove that uses sound scholarship and modern sensibilities to address the pantheons of two separate but similar ancient cultures, Hellenic and Irish, as well as the pantheon of their modern descendant culture of America, dividing the focus of our ritual year between the three. Folks from all religious paths are welcome to worship at our fire, provided they do so respectfully and in accordance to the Laws of Hospitality. We are a “welcoming” congregation and all people are welcome without discrimination or distinction. This Grove(church) was founded as a Dedicant Study Group January 8th, 2009, and was officially recognized as a sub-group and probationary Protogrove of ADF serving Las Vegas and southern Nevada on April 20th, 2009. On July 22nd, 2010, Larrea Tridentata was recognized as a Chartered Grove (a fully recognized subordinate branch church) of Ár nDraiocht Féin. Public rituals are held nearest the standard Neopagan High Days but usually on Thursdays as well. Other meetings and events are also often scheduled, including wilderness-oriented community service projects and hikes or other outings.
