Sometimes Moms need a little time for themselves too. Today, Monica and Mackenzie‘s Mom, Michelle, took a break for a ladies brunch - good food, conversations, laughter, and the little time to simply be themselves.✨

As back to school season begins we want to remind every Mom that taking care of yourself matters too. Make time to reconnect and enjoy the little things without feeling guilty.

At Zo’s Bravehearts Foundation, we believe normalcy means creating moments that feel like life again for the whole family.
Because sometimes a brunch with a friend is more than a brunch, it’s a moment to simply be you.💚

Sometimes, creating normalcy means simply giving a family a day to laugh, explore, and enjoy being together. 💚

For families facing the unimaginable, the difficult moments can become the center of everyday life. At Zo’s Bravehearts Foundation, we believe they deserve moments that feel different — moments filled with laughter, excitement, new experiences, and memories they can carry with them.

Our morning at KTNV Channel 13 Las Vegas with Elijah, Isaiah, and their mom was exactly that. A chance to step away from the difficult days and simply be a family.

Halloween… in July?! 🎃✨🦖 Are you kidding?!

If there’s one thing kids never say no to, it’s dressing up, trick-or-treating, candy, and a little bit of magic. For many of our Bravehearts, Halloween can be missed because of hospital stays and treatment, so we brought the fun to them with our very own Summerween!💚🧙🏼‍♀️

Watching our Bravehearts trick-or-treat through themed rooms, collect candy, dance the day away, and share so many smiles in the middle of July was a reminder that the magic of Halloween isn’t about the date—it’s about the memories we create together. That magic was only possible because of the incredible people who came together to make Summerween so special.

A heartfelt thank you to Make-A-Wish for bringing Beauty and the Beast to life, Sara Bauer from Brown-Forman for joining us with her two sons, our amazing board member Monika and her sons for creating an unforgettable How to Train Your Dragon experience, the Vegas Golden Knights Girls for spending the day with our families, Sysco Las Vegas, in collaboration with Famous Dave’s, for keeping everyone well fed, Toya from ToyssFoundation for bringing the energy to our dance room as our DJ, and Dino Motorsports for making our car show extra special with a stunning blue Porsche.⚡️

Thank you for making Summerween one of the happiest days of the summer. Because of you, our Bravehearts got to experience the magic of Halloween—no matter what month it was. 🎉💛🦖

Yesterday we celebrated our little Braveheart with cake, candles, pizza, gifts and the love of her family. Wishing Ali’i a year filled with laughter, strength and unforgettable adventures🦖🤍

Kindness Lives Here 💚

Our team had the privilege of welcoming one of our newest Bravehearts families. We stopped by the home with delicious treats from Café Breizh, a few fun gifts for the kids, and—most importantly—the chance to spend time together.

While we spoke with Mom, Sadie stayed close to the younger kids, helping them open their gifts and showing them how each one worked. Mom shared that Sadie looks after her siblings whenever she can, because when she’s in treatment, they wait on her night and day. Their love for her is unmistakable, and seeing her with enough energy today to help them meant a lot to everyone.

Sadie also shared her love for anime and photography, told us about her dream of becoming a marine biologist, and showed us the book she’s currently enjoying.
Her kindness, curiosity, and quiet strength filled the room with something truly special.

Welcome to the Bravehearts family, Sadie. We’re so happy you’re here. 🦖💚✨
