Miracle Flights provides free commercial airline flights to sick children and their families in need of life-saving medical care not found in their local communities. Since 1985, we’ve provided more than 165,000 free flights across the United States.

Today, we were proud to launch Sites that SOAR, a new series dedicated to strengthening relationships with the hospitals and treatment centers that make life-changing care possible for the children and families we serve.

As part of the launch, Miracle Flights CEO Leslie Baron-Mosley and members of our team had the opportunity to connect virtually with representatives from Boston Children’s Hospital. Together, we discussed ways to better support one another and continue expanding access to specialized care.

Boston Children's Hospital is Miracle Flights' fifth most visited treatment site, and we are grateful for their partnership and shared commitment to ensuring no child misses care because of distance.

We look forward to many more conversations through Sites that SOAR as we continue building stronger partnerships and helping families soar toward hope and healing.

We are excited to be at Aviation Festival Americas, where aviation, technology, and customer experience leaders come together to shape the future of travel.

Over the past two days, we’ve had the opportunity to learn from and connect with innovators across the industry, including teams from American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United, Frontier Airlines, Allegiant, and many others.

One theme echoed throughout the conference: the traveler experience matters.

On behalf of our Miracle Flights families, that was wonderful to hear!

For families traveling for life-changing medical care, a smoother travel experience isn’t just about convenience, it’s about reducing stress during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

The connections made, insights gained, and opportunities explored this week will help fuel our mission of serving more families in need of access to medical care.

Thank you to everyone who shared ideas, perspectives, and a vision for what’s possible when aviation comes together to create positive change.

Today, we hosted our very first Stories That SOAR Family Townhall.

Families from across the country joined our CEO, Leslie Baron-Mosley, and members of our team for heartfelt conversation, connection, and community. Together, we listened to the stories behind the miles and heard firsthand how access to medical care can change lives.

These moments are a powerful reminder that every flight is more than transportation. It’s hope. It’s healing. It’s the chance for a child to receive the care they need, no matter the distance.

To every family who shared their journey with us, thank you. Your strength and resilience continue to inspire our mission every single day.

At just 7 years old, James was diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), an aggressive form of brain cancer.

After emergency brain surgery, years of chemotherapy and radiation, and a temporal lobectomy where doctors removed 25% of his brain, James continues to move forward with incredible faith, resilience, and purpose.

In the newest episode of The Miracle Flight Deck, James opens up about his cancer journey, the support that carried him through the hardest moments, and how he continues to inspire others by choosing hope every day.

Today, James is an accomplished archer, woodworker, and advocate who reminds others that life’s challenges do not define them.

We are so proud of our Miracle Flyer, Asher 💙

Over the weekend, this incredible 11 year old turned his passion into action through Asher’s Miles for Miracle Flights, raising over $10,000 to help other kids reach life changing medical care.

Asher’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. Born at just 25 weeks, weighing under 2 pounds, he has spent more than 600 days in the hospital and undergone 28 plus surgeries. Through it all, he continues to show strength, resilience, and heart.

For his school Passion Project, Asher chose to give back because he believes every child deserves access to the care they need, no matter the distance.

Now, he is not done yet.

We are putting out a challenge to our community.
