In the closing words of Colossians, Paul takes time to name the people who stood beside him—Tychicus, Onesimus, Aristarchus, Mark, Justus, Epaphras, Luke, and others. Not just his co-workers; his people!
Sometimes what keeps us going isn’t a change in circumstances—it’s people who show up.
Who has been that person for you? And could God be calling you to be that person for someone else?
Encouragement comforts when you show up.

Is Your Conversation Making a Difference?

Every day we have conversations that can either build people up or tear them down. Scripture says our words should be “seasoned with salt”—bringing grace, truth, healing, and a different flavor to the conversations around us.

But what does that actually look like? How do we speak truth without our words being, too salty? And how can our everyday conversations point people toward Jesus?

This Sunday, we’ll look at Colossians 4:5–6 and discover how our life and our words can reflect what Christ has done in our hearts.

God is opening doors all around us—but will we recognize them?
Paul challenges us to pray with persistence, live with wisdom, and make the most of every opportunity God puts in front of us. Sometimes the opportunity is a conversation. Sometimes it’s simply the chance to encourage someone who needs it. Every time, it’s an invitation.

Colossians 4:5 Conduct yourself with wisdom in your interactions with outsiders (non-believers), make the most of each opportunity [treating it as something precious].
