Forever Fit ForEver Fit is a non-profit organization facilitating a fitness and nutrition program in partnership

The program promotes healthy lifestyles by the application of various intensive physical fitness and nutrition awareness programs. Participants will increase their knowledge and understanding of the basic components of physical fitness, anatomy, physiology and nutrition. Participants will achieve measurable improvements in their overall levels of physical health and leave the program with valuable life skills to enhance their future.
