📊 Over 400 Families served through Pathways Care Coordination
💙 2,800 Referrals provided across new and returning clients
🤝 70+ Community Outreach events and Pathways Family Inclusion Programs offered throughout the year
📚 11 Resource Fairs attended, serving 7,100 individuals
✨ 17 Health & Wellness events serving 545 individuals
🫂 11 Caregiver Support Groups serving 145 individuals
🙌 160 Volunteers and 632 Hours Served
📺 146 Media interviews & press mentions sharing our mission

❄️ It’s officially Winter Break! ❄️

The Collaboration Center team is officially out of office now through Friday, January 2, spending time with family and celebrating the new year!

We’ll be back on Monday, January 5, 2026, refreshed and ready to support even more families in the year ahead. 💙✨

to last year’s Young Adult Social at Ethel M Chocolate Factory! ⭐️

It was the perfect night for hot chocolate and cacti as we learned about chocolate making and viewed the beautiful holiday lights! 🌵✨

Our Pathways Programs create opportunities for young adults with disabilities to build friendships, explore the community, and have fun in inclusive settings. These moments matter because they’re about belonging, independence, and connection.

✨🎄 We couldn’t have done it without you!

Thank you to everyone who voted for our tree during Boyd Gaming’s Trees of Hope campaign. Your daily voting helped us earn $1,000 to support our Pathways programs!

Our tree was made extra special this year – decorated with handmade ornaments created by the kids with disabilities we work with and their families. A special thank you to our Board Trustee, Claire DiPinto, for her vision and organizing the creation of all these special ornaments! Seeing all that creativity and heart in one place is what we’re all about.

To everyone who voted and supported us: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’re helping us keep doing the work we love.

And a huge thank you to Boyd Gaming Corporation for this incredible tradition and for lifting up local nonprofits across Nevada!

Thank you, Miel, for taking the time to attend our Fall Resource Fair and for sharing your experience. This is exactly why we host events like Harvesting Hope – not every family walks away with an immediate solution, but everyone leaves with MORE than they came with. More connections. More knowledge. More confidence that support exists.

December is National Stress-Free Family Holidays Month, and we know the season can be especially overwhelming for families with children who have sensory sensitivities.

Here are a few ways to make the holidays more accessible:
💙 Create quiet spaces at gatherings where kids can decompress

💙 Use visual schedules to prepare for holiday events

💙 Keep routines as consistent as possible

💙 Bring comfort items (headphones, fidgets, favorite toys)

💙 Give yourself permission to skip events that don’t work for your family

There’s no “perfect” way to do the holidays. What matters is finding what works for YOUR family.
